Study of New Silicon Sensors for Experiments at Future Particle Colliders

 Keywords:

  • Particle tracking detectors (Solid-state detectors)
  • Solid state detectors
  • Si microstrip and pad detectors
  • Radiation damage to detector materials (solid state)

 Abstract:
This work is on the study of novel silicon sensors for experiments at future particle colliders. The characterization techniques and results of two types of detectors is presented:
   Two dimensional position-sensitive microstrip sensors
   Double-sided 3D pixel sensors
